Shipping Policy

Tracked delivery 

€4 flat fee per order and €1 each item

We normally expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday. Please note: Delivery date may be affected by stock availability and location of delivery; however a member of staff will be in contact in such a situation. We regret at present we cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our staff physically checks all goods prior to dispatch from the Model Homes Online Store. 

A valid signature from your household will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and Model Homes will not be liable for their loss or destruction.   

Any Damages/Breakages must be reported to our online store within 24 hours of delivery.
